In this article we discuss certificates received in trainings that occurred after April 2021.
If you are still enrolled in a program (On-demand programs are not removed. All other programs are removed 60 days after the program ends.):
- Go to My Account
- In the center of the screen you will see your name.
- Under your name, you will see programs enrolled in, programs completed and certificates.
- Below that you will see programs enrolled in.
- On the right of the program you will see a purple certificate icon.
- Click on the icon and a downloadable certificate will appear.
If you are no longer enrolled in a program
- Go to My Account
- Certificates
- A certificate icon with a hyperlink for your individual certificates will appear on the left-hand side
- Click on the hyperlink and a downloadable version of your certificate will appear.
