# How do I cancel my HYTV+ subscription?

## In this article we explain how to cancel your HYTV+ subscription.

Payments draft at 12:01AM on the due date. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to cancel their subscription prior to this time. Refunds will not be given once the subscription fee is drafted.

To cancel a HYTV+ subscription:

- Log into your account
- Go to My Account
- Click on “Payments” in the drop down menu
- Click on “Subscriptions”
- You will see your subscription in the middle of the page. Click on the “Cancel” button
- Verify that the subscription now has a “Reactivate” button. This means the cancellation is complete. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to make sure their subscription has been canceled.

**Note: Certificates will not be issued for incomplete trainings. If you cancel before fully completing a course you will not receive a certificate of completion.**
