Holy Yoga does not offer refunds on subscription payments that have already drafted. Payments draft at 12:01AM on the due date. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to cancel their subscription prior to this time. Refunds will not be given once the subscription fee is drafted.
HYTV+ is a streaming service and subscriptions are not based on how often they are used.
It is the subscriber’s responsibility to make sure the subscription is visible in their account.
To cancel a HYTV+ subscription:
- Log into your account
- Go to My Account
- Click on “Payments” in the drop-down menu
- Click on “Subscriptions”
- You will see your subscription in the middle of the page. Click on the “Cancel” button
- Verify that the subscription now has a “Reactivate” button. This means the cancellation is complete. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to make sure their subscription has canceled.
