What do I do if my subscription payment fails?

In this article we discuss what to do if your subscription payment fails.

If your subscription payment fails, you may change your payment method and the system will attempt another auto draft for 7 days after the original failed payment.


To update your payment method:

  • Log into your account
  • Hover over My Account and click on Payment at the bottom of the drop-down menu
  • click on Payment Methods
  • Update your information
