What do I do if my tuition payment fails?

Tuition payment plans are set up on automatic drafts. If a payment has failed:

  • Log into your account
  • Click on “Payment” from the My Account dropdown menu
  • Click on “My payments” from the side menu
  • Click on the “View” button next to the failed or overdue message
  • Click on “Pay Now”
  • Edit payment information as necessary
