# What does the 100-Hour Instructor Training Consist of?

Created with flexibility and convenience in mind, you can immerse yourself in 6 weeks of live classes, life groups, and more all from the comfort of home.

Each week will consist of a 3-hour live class and includes weekly one-hour life group discussions, additional home study, reading assignments, and at-home video instruction.

This training qualifies for 100 continuing education hours (CEUs) for Holy Yoga and Yoga Alliance non-contact.
