In this article we discuss what happens in a typical Holy Yoga training session.
We spend 25-30 minutes of each class studying the Word together because it is the primary focus of the training and the experiential worship that comprises Holy Yoga. Studying the Word also teaches us how to meditate on God’s Word and how to weave the Word into Holy Yoga. The rest of the time will be spent discussing the study content for the week
