Why can’t I access my training center?

In this article we suggest different reasons you may not be able to access your training center.


  1. Are you logged into My Account? 
    1. Log into your account
    2. Click on "My Training" under "My Account" on the drop-down menu
    3. Click on the appropriate training. All your training centers will appear as rectangular boxes in the middle of the screen
  2. It may be a phone or tablet issue
  3. Access to live trainings is removed thirty days after the last live training session.
  4. If your tuition payment has failed and a payment arrangement has not been made, your access to the training is removed
  5. It could be a browser issue. You may want to try a different browser.
  6. Clear your browser history of cookies:

  7. It is possible your browser or browser history may be using an incognito window. An incognito window in Chrome or private window in Safari has no history saved to it.
    1. Open the window and go to our site from there.
      1. On Google Chrome 
        1. Click the three vertical dots to the right of the address bar. 
        2. Click on incognito window
      2. On Safari 
        1. Click on File
        2. Click on New Private Window
