Why can’t I access my training center?
In this article we suggest different reasons you may not be able to access your training center.
- Are you logged into My Account?
- Log into your account
- Click on "My Training" under "My Account" on the drop-down menu
- Click on the appropriate training. All your training centers will appear as rectangular boxes in the middle of the screen
- It may be a phone or tablet issue
- Access to live trainings is removed thirty days after the last live training session.
- If your tuition payment has failed and a payment arrangement has not been made, your access to the training is removed
- It could be a browser issue. You may want to try a different browser.

- It is possible your browser or browser history may be using an incognito window. An incognito window in Chrome or private window in Safari has no history saved to it.
- Open the window and go to our site from there.
- On Google Chrome
- Click the three vertical dots to the right of the address bar.
- Click on incognito window
- On Safari
- Click on File
- Click on New Private Window
