Why do I see a padlock icon on the HYTV videos?

If you see a padlock icon on a HYTV video and have a subscription, it usually means you are not accessing HYTV from your account.

• Log into your account
• Go to "MY ACCOUNT" on the menu bar
• Select “HYTV FLOWS”
