In this article we explain how to cancel your HYTV subscription.
Remember, payments draft at 12:01AM on the due date. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to cancel their subscription prior to this time. Refunds will not be given once the subscription fee is drafted.
To cancel a HYTV subscription:
- Log into your account
- Go to "MY ACCOUNT"
- Click on “PAYMENTS” in the drop down menu
- Click on “SUBSCRIPTIONS”
- You will see your subscription in the middle of the page. Click on the “CANCEL” button
- Verify that the subscription now has a “REACTIVATE” button. This means the cancellation is complete. (It is the subscriber’s responsibility to make sure their subscription has correctly canceled.)
